Harry’s Dual-Phase Serum was developed using an innovative formulation technique that blends different ingredients to create a dual-action serum. When not in use, the ingredients naturally separate, causing the formula to split into two parts - a colored liquid that rises to the top and a clear one that settles at the bottom. This occurs because the ingredients in the clear portion of the serum are denser than those in the blue portion. However, when shaken, the components of both layers disperse and recombine into a non-dissolved solution.
