Harry’s Satisfaction Guarantee Terms & Conditions
GENERAL
If for any reason, within 30 days of your first purchase of a single 18 oz. bottle of body wash in the Fig, Redwood, Spring, Stone or Wildlands scent (a “Participating Product”), you aren’t 100% satisfied with your experience, you can request a refund of the purchase price you paid for the Participating Product, as indicated on your original sales receipt (including sales tax). To request a refund, you must complete the refund request form above and submit a copy of your sales receipt. This is a one-time only promotion for your first purchased Participating Product. This program expires on December 31, 2025. This guarantee is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or any other social media platform. ELIGIBILITY & PROCESS FOR REQUESTING A REFUND
Only residents of the United States are eligible to receive a refund under this program. The following persons are not eligible to receive a refund under this program: employees, agents or representatives of Harry’s, Inc. or any of its affiliates (collectively, the “Excluded Individuals”); immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouses of each) of the Excluded Individuals; and any other persons with whom the Excluded Individuals reside.
To receive a refund, please make sure to follow the directions below:
- You must have purchased a Participating Product from a participating retail store.
- You must complete a refund request form, which will require you to provide a copy of your sales receipt and a picture of the product packaging, along with your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Please note that this information must match the information associated with your PayPal or Venmo account.
- You must submit a valid refund request within 30 days of purchase and before December 31, 2025.
Limit one refund per person (i.e., regardless of how many Participating Products you purchased, you are only entitled to a refund for one Participating Product and only on a one-time basis). Please allow 60 days for us to process your request. Regardless of your method of payment, you will receive a reimbursement of the purchase price (including sales tax) via PayPal or Venmo. If you do not have a PayPal or Venmo account, you will need to sign up for one in order to receive a refund. Harry’s is not affiliated in any way with PayPal, Inc. (which operates the PayPal and Venmo platforms) (“PayPal”). We are not responsible for the performance of PayPal’s platform(s) or services or for their privacy practices. Reimbursement method is at the sole discretion of Harry’s. Failure to comply with the above procedures or any of the instructions in the refund request form may result in a denial of the refund.
Any refund is provided solely as a customer accommodation. Customer accommodations and related communications are not an admission by Harry’s of any wrongdoing, negligence or liability.
EXCLUDED PRODUCTS
This program does not cover the following product lines: any size body wash other than the 18 oz. size, “Scent Labs” or any other limited edition scents, any non-body wash products, and any other product that is not explicitly included as a Participating Product above. This program also excludes any purchases from Costco (whether in-store or online) or Amazon.com.
PRIVACY CONSIDERATIONS
This program, and all information submitted by you in connection with obtaining a refund, are subject to our privacy policy. In addition, by submitting a refund request, you acknowledge and agree that this information will be shared with Formagrid Inc (dba Airtable) and Builder.io, Inc. to facilitate the administration of this program and the processing of any eligible refund. Q. How can I return if I don’t have access to Venmo or Paypal?
A. At this time, we are only able to initiate refunds via PayPal and Venmo. You can sign up for Venmo or Paypal (instructions below) at no cost, and then continue through the refund process.

Q. Why are you only offering this on Body Wash?
A. While we stand behind all of our products, we created this program for our 18oz Body Wash specifically to ensure that first-time (and hopefully future long-term!) Harry’s Body Wash customers know that we care deeply about their experience from the moment they start using our products.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my refund? Will I receive a confirmation once my refund has been processed?
A. Please allow 60 days for the credit to appear in your Venmo or Paypal account. Once your refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
Q. I was supposed to receive my refund and I haven’t, can you help me?
A. Please email help@harrys.com, with a note mentioning when you submitted your request for a refund, and with the information (below) you included in your submission. Our team will gladly look into this for you. Please note we typically respond to emails within 48 hrs.
